How We Begin

Each client begins with a 90-minute getting to know YOU SESSION. During this session, the client fills out a simple intake form that identifies why the client is seeking the need(s) for reflexology and/or nutrition support. Afterwards, I do an Ear Reflexology Inspection, tongue Constitution Inspection and finely a Foot Reflexology Inspection to evaluate what is needed for each client’s specific treatment plan. After, I discuss what I have found with my client and recommend the best plan for their session possible.

Every clients Sessions are customized and specific to their individual needs.

About Dynamic Reflexology & Nutrition Therapy

dynamic reflexology & nutrition is a therapeutic method of relieving pain & anxiety while bringing balance back to the body by stimulating specific areas of the hands, feet, ears as well as providing nutritional support for the liver, heart and GI tract.

How do I do this?

Through a non-invasive form of massage similar to acupressure and massage therapy, that uses the study, science and art of specific touch points on the reflex maps, resembling the shape of organs, glands and systems of the human body as well as a Liver Detox protocol to start your nutritional lifestyle off on the right foot.

Reflexology & nutrition support can improve your overall well-being as well as enhance and complement other care you may be receiving from your healthcare provider or therapist.

A DRT & nutrition therapy session may be just what you need to get back on your feet!

Foot & Hand Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive technique that helps support the body’s natural healing process. By applying pressure to specific points on the hands and/or feet reflexology aids in the reduction of tension and stress, promotes relaxation, aids in the detoxification process and helps improve circulation.

According to the National Board, “Reflexology is a protocol of manual techniques, such as thumb and finger-walking, hook and backup and rotating-on-a-point, applied to specific reflex areas predominantly on the feet and hands. These techniques stimulate the complex neural pathways linking body systems, supporting the body’s efforts to function optimally. The effectiveness of reflexology is recognized worldwide by various national health institutions and the public at large as a distinct complementary practice within the holistic health field.”

Reflexology has been proven to help with migraines, digestive disorders, hypertension, post-operative pain, sinus congestion, and anxiety associated with depression & stress

Ear Reflexology

Ear Reflexology is the study, science and art of using specific touch techniques on small maps, closely resembling the shape of the human body found on the outer ear.

Ear Reflexology is an amazing protocol with rapid and profound relaxation for relief with jaw, neck, all 10 zones of the shoulders, all 10 zones of the lower back, lumbar spine, sacrum, coccyx, hip and sciatic.

Facial Reflexology

Facial Reflexology is a science and art of utilizing the map of the human body on the face to balance and rejuvenate the whole body, mind and spirit. This technique involves the reflexes found on the face through the application of pressure applied with only the fingers to stimulate points.

One of the main benefits of facial reflexology is the stimulation of collagen production and increase in the circulation of blood.

Non-invasive and chemical free approach to health and beauty while stimulating the reflex points of the body to bring balance for whole body stress reduction

Reiki is a system of natural healing. Reiki energy balances and supports the physical body as well as the electromagnetic and subtle energy fields in and around the body. Reiki can be given with direct contact to the body or just hovering above it. Reiki can help in balancing energy, emotions, relieve pain and help in the reduction of tension and stress.
